Şanlıurfa Valisi Salih Ayhan, kentte etkili olan sağanak nedeniyle, Eyyübiye Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi yoğun bakım servisinin su baskınına uğradığını belirterek, "Hemen hızlı müdahale edilerek deplase edildi. Şu anda bodrum katları temizlenmekte. Orada 25 hastamız vardı, onların her birinin sağlıklı bir şekilde diğer hastanelere nakilleri gerçekleştirildi, şu an bir olumsuzluk yoktur" dedi. Yoğun sağanak yağış nedeniyle okullarda eğitim öğretime 1 gün ara verildi.
